Straw yellow colour, this wine has fresh citrus and anise fragrances. The hints of iodine combine with peach and passion fruit and the finish has delicately sulphurous notes. Very fresh, succulent, savory and persistent.

Vivera ETNA BIANCO is bottled in March, the month of Mars, the Roman god of agriculture and war. This wine is dedicated to farmers that like warriors every day, with tenacity, face the day of hard work for the love of a vineyard that will bear fruit capable of remembering their memory.

Cous cous with vegetables, fried fish, fish and fruit carpaccio, meat rolls, grilled vegetables and savory pies. Excellent as an aperitif.
